Before you connect
- An active Zocks account is required.
- Dynamic Client Registration is open at https://mcp.zocks.io/register (verified 2026-09-20), so credential inheritance is ALLOW_INHERIT.
- Every advertised scope is read-only, and they are genuinely granular — select the narrowest set that serves the workflow rather than accepting all twelve.
- room_session:read returns full meeting TRANSCRIPTS and insights:read returns derived client signals. Both are recordings of client conversations: confirm the firm's consent and retention posture before enabling them, and set DLP policy accordingly.
1 more technical note
- The protected-resource document is at the RFC 9728 path-insertion URL https://mcp.zocks.io/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/v1/mcp; the host root returns 404.

Frequently asked about Zocks

- Through Ferentin, agents can use Zocks for contact search, session listing, transcript access, AI result retrieval and insight retrieval. Every call is checked against your Ferentin policies first.
- How is Zocks access secured?
- Requests through the Zocks integration are covered by OAuth 2.0 consent, granular scope selection, read only surface and audit logging. These controls are applied by Ferentin, not by Zocks, so they hold across every connected agent.

- The Zocks integration requests 12 OAuth 2.0 scopes: ext_user:list (read access); ext_user:read (read access); user:list (read access); user:read (read access); room_session:list (read access); room_session:read (read access); airesult:list (read access); airesult:read (read access); ai_agent_result:list (read access); ai_agent_result:read (read access); ai_agent:read (read access); insights:read (read access)
- How do I connect Zocks to Ferentin?
- Open the Ferentin admin console, add Zocks as a new connection and authenticate with OAuth 2.0. You then choose which permissions and which tools your agents may use, and the connection goes live for everyone covered by your policies.
