Before you connect
- Active Orion Connect and Redtail CRM accounts are required.
- Dynamic Client Registration is NOT available: Orion's Okta authorization server advertises https://login.oriondenali.ai/oauth2/v1/clients but rejects anonymous registration with 403 'Invalid session' (verified 2026-09-20). Credentials must be obtained from Orion, hence credential inheritance REQUIRE_TENANT.
- The authorization server is the Okta custom server aus1zra4257jGRpI2358 at login.oriondenali.ai; the protected resource is https://gateway.oriondenali.ai.
- Request 'offline_access' if you need refresh tokens for long-running sessions.
