Before you connect
- Private beta / Early Access — must be enabled per account before connecting.
- OAuth is the default flow; the exact authorization/token URLs are not published, so Ferentin discovers OAuth metadata from the endpoint (WWW-Authenticate / protected-resource metadata) at connect time.
- Agent-mode header is unusual: 'Authorization: Basic <raw key>' (the word Basic + the raw key, not base64). The region is encoded as the first 3 characters of the key (keys made before Aug 2022 default to na1).
- During Early Access you cannot programmatically save segments or metrics.
1 more technical note
- Capabilities: session search, event/query data, frustration/rage-click analytics, user segments, session summaries, user details. The tool catalog populates on first live connection.

Frequently asked about Fullstory
- What can AI agents do with Fullstory through Ferentin?
- Through Ferentin, agents can use Fullstory for session analytics, user behavior analysis, friction detection, conversion analysis and event analytics. Every call is checked against your Ferentin policies first.
- How is Fullstory access secured?
- Requests through the Fullstory integration are covered by OAuth 2.0 consent, granular scope selection and audit logging. These controls are applied by Ferentin, not by Fullstory, so they hold across every connected agent.
- How do I connect Fullstory to Ferentin?
- Open the Ferentin admin console, add Fullstory as a new connection and authenticate with OAuth 2.0. You then choose which permissions and which tools your agents may use, and the connection goes live for everyone covered by your policies.
- Is the Fullstory integration generally available?
- Yes. The Fullstory integration is generally available on Ferentin, including the free tier.
