Enterprise-Managed Authorization

Claude.ai supports MCP Enterprise-Managed Authorization. Once your people sign in with your identity provider, it asks that provider for an identity assertion (ID-JAG) for each MCP server, rather than sending them through the server's own OAuth consent.

Access then follows your identity provider's policy. A server that does not support the extension still uses its usual sign-in.
